  1. I've taken 1/3 B complex so far and 250mg Thiamine HCl. I'll take more in an hour. Last week I took 500mg, it made me feel worse the next day ...it massively increased dumping. I am fearing this again....so maybe I can prepare myself my taking more Mg(400mg) and more K food/drink in day perhaps with K citrate supplement added.
  2. Hi....I'm struggling to get the Drs onboard with thus. I went to the hospital but they wont entertain it either. I am now flushing face, breathing.issues, burning arms, nauseous. They say its all anxiety and that anxiety can be extreme. I'm questioning myself now!! But surely such extreme symptoms are not just anxiety. I have severe headaches and weird...
  3. Hi...symptoms came on on the night....I took the supplements that morning. I have read that b1 can be a histamine liberator in sensitive individuals. I haven't taken anymore yet.
  4. I took 450mg. 260mg Mg. 0.5 B complex. Potassium.foods. There were times in day I definitely felt calmer. But then times everything came flooding back.....muscle tremors, tingly lips, burning feet, nausea, head pressure, tingly hands and feet, anxiety, shivering. I have slept 5 hours (taking herbs) and women with all these symptoms and mind racing....

  6. Hi,thanks for prompt reply. My Dr doesn't comment on the dumping. I don't seem to excrete via urine....its via skin and mostly stool. I seem to dump more when I increase b1, exercise, go too low oxalate. I get all my info via TLO Facebook site. But maybe I just need to go for it...I'm.getting such weird CNS symptoms....hard to explain....like electricity...

One thing holding me back....dumping....Trying Low Oxalate forum members speak a lot about increased dumping and then histamine issues and then.more anxiety and insomnia ...after increasing B1. If I didn't have signs of dumping I'd go for it...but this makes me super cautious. I know you don't think...

Hi Knitty Kitty, I'm worried the B complex is actually adding to anxiety and keeping me up at night- this is maybe me overthinking it, but the methylated B's in the complex can cause this in some people?   13. Hi Knitty Kitty,. The Dr thinks all my symptoms are due to anxiety and depression.....and these are causing the insomnia. She gave me sleeping tablets for emergencies. Without them I'm very anxious falling asleep and have panic attacks. I am.low in mood, yes. But I do feel that other things are adding to it I think I'm reacting to histamine...
  14. Hi, I had a Drs appointment today and am getting bloods taken tomorrow.....iron panel electrolytes, vit D. So I will wait until after that before I change anything.   23. HI Knitty Kitty, I am not sure now about my intolerance to thiamine HCl. As well as I can recall it, I started thiamine HCl, reduced my oxalate food consumption, and I started "dumping".   24. Hi- thank you for this information. I have backed off my dose of B1 a little bit- I just take thiamine hydrochloride at the moment. I think I am quite sensitive to it- taking only 200mg right now. I wonder if I just need to plough on though and try to increase the dose....
