About Me

I’m Jenny! I was diagnosed with Celiac almost 10 years ago at 19 and I’m extremely strict about my diet, but right now I’m having some terrible, terrible issues. Currently undergoing all the zillion tests for Crohn’s that also runs heavily in my family.. I’m a bright and cheerful person who currently has a heavy heart with debilitating symptoms and shitty, slow, mean doctors. I’m sure a lot of you can relate!
I’m a fabulous listener and I happen to know a LOT about Celiac and the ins and outs of the nutrition and procedures if you want to talk to a friend. ❤️

  1. I’ll update you guys on this page in the next few weeks after things get started! ❤️
  2. I have the opportunity to join this.. I really hope I don’t get the placebo and I hope this drug turns out to be some sort of magic for all of us suffering- even on a near perfect gluten-free diet. 🙏🏼 Wouldn’t that be cool? We need a “Lactaid” for gluten!
  3. Hey there! I’m so sorry you’re new and struggling..trust me, I get it. I think you might be on the right track with the porridge/oatmeal? When I first got diagnosed 9 years ago, I could NOT eat oatmeal. Not even gluten free, rolled oats, any kind of oatmeal. It would make me grumpy, tired, kind of zombie like, etc. it would also really back me ...
