  1. A week after going gluten free I'm waking up in the night with diarrhea and struggling in the day due to nausea .... is this the part of getting worse before better? Please help

  3. Hi all I wanted some reassurance I think I'm experiencing the gluten detox now . It's been about a week since I went gluten free so I feel better and my symptoms have gone away however now I think is the detox .   9. Hi this isn't necessarily helpful but I need to vent too! I'm 17 and from the UK also and extremely anxious about most things especially hypochondria and emetaphobia . I recently , very reluctantly had a blood test as I've been having nausea in the morning and instantly needing to poo which would get better in the day , dizziness, lower back ache...
