    Yes I agree .modified Maze Starch I think is a no no ...and yes pain in stomach ...oh Thankyou so much knitty kitty.you are very helpful to me .I will look into the Calcium citrate now ....I also read ..when I googled Calcium give me pain . One search say ..I nearly Choked ..Calcium could block arteries..and give bad heart , what is going on with that Knitty...

    I'm shocked .why the heck would it have D3 in .. I only ask for calcium ..but I not think this all the problem .as I took calcium before once ..and it did bad pain ?

    Calcium carbonate ...vitamin D3 . Cholecalciferol, Microcrystalline, Cellulose, Acai gum, Maltodextrin, Magnesium Stearate..Anti Caking Agent , Silicon Dioxide, Croscarmellose Sodium, Modified Maze Starch , Sucrose I just seen I've taken double vitamin D ...and there probably things in here...

    Since starting my Gluten free diet....I am incredibly better .....it like a dream ..no more in bathroom with most horrendous bad stomach, as before , that was my life ..living in bathroom ...I still get bad days ...where I maby have occasional thing gluten free...but I'm 98% cured....just thought I'd share that ...😀❤

    Yes I suspected this that my medications are cause bad reaction in stomach intestines. I'm on 2 horrid medicines ..that no doubt are doing this 2 me ..what can I do ?
