  1. I just had to get FMLA for work and my HR person also sent the ADA paperwork so I’m thinking it must be listed on there now!
  2. I had my first Canyon Bakehouse last week..bought bagels…they were eh..so far Trader Joe’s has the best bagels!

  4. Schar, Artisan Baker 10 Grain & Seed Bread is my favorite bread. It is great for sandwiches, toast, french toast, grilled cheese. It is the best one that I have found in my search!

  7. We drink the real sugar Pepsi it's a good substitute if you need the caffeine boost, my husband has gout and can't have the HFCS and I figured since I am eating healthy I should avoid it as well

  9. From my knowledge Absolut Vodka (at least the flavored ones) are not gluten free (per the liquor store guy). Deep Eddy's and Smirnoff both have gluten free on the labels and even the flavored ones are gluten free which is normally where the issue is. Tito's is gluten free as well but I am not a fan of corn based vodka.
  10. I eat raw almonds and don't have an issue, I also eat dairy such as yogurt and cheese without any issues. I will look at the ingredients tonight when I get home
  11. Nope not at all. This morning I had a gluten free donut with just a little chocolate frosting and right back to digestive issues. I guess I will be cutting out all chocolate for awhile
