  1. I think don’t know that much about nutrition. They know a lot about diseases. They think cholesterol is a problem and it isn’t. If you think you have a problem with food, you can experiment doing without certain foods to see which food is bothering you.
  2. I have had to add rice and corn allergy to my gluten intolerance. It is not so hard. I can have eggs for breakfast. Cereal and toast are fattening anyways. For lunch you can have a salad instead of a sandwich if you are at work. Dinner is meat and vegetables, no problem. Desert can be fruit and ice cream, if you can tolerate dairy. On the weekends...
