Hi Kathleen, That is very late in life to discover your illness. I hope you are doing well. I used to like to bake but gave it all up for about twenty years when I found out I had Celiac's. That is until I found Cup4Cup flour about a year ago. My old recipes taste just as good as they did with wheat flour and now I have to learn to discipline...
