  1. when my symptoms first started... I would feel like I was going to fall to my left or right all of sudden while walking. I never actually fell just had the sensation. That went away after a few months off gluten. Still have a mild dizzy feeling.. my TTG IGA is at 8 now.. down from 100+.. its still 5 points away from normal.. so I hope everything goes...
  2. Your TTG IGA is positive. just stop eating Gluten. get tested again in 6 months.. If your antibodies are normal at that time then you have a 100% answer basically.
  3. If you eat a piece Gluten free chocolate cake and a piece of gluten chocolate cake you won't taste any difference.
  4. I lost about 10 pounds after going gluten free... In the beginning before I was diagnosed and still eating gluten I only lost about 3 - 4 pounds. After I changed my diet I lost a ton of weight.. another 7 pounds at least.. almost 2 years later I still haven't gained my normal weight back. I only gained about 3 pounds back... My antibody level...
  5. that was my symptoms.. sill have a bit of dizziness and shakiness.. but its getting better
  6. I'm a better Dr than your Dr and I'm not even a Dr
  7. why are you eating gluten free if you don't have celiac go take a food allergy test. Everlywell This at-home test measures your body’s immune response to 96 foods to help guide you on what types of food may be the best to choose for an elimination diet.
  8. 1,000 to normal in 1 year? how did you manage that.. I only had a bit over 100 and still not normal in 1 year and 4 months.. almost but 5 points away still. and I was very strict with my diet

  10. I asked my Dr about milk protein.. he said its only seen in Children. You trying to take away my gluten free Pizza?
  11. Well your lifestyle requirements have changed forever. You shouldn't be eating at restaurants unless it's a dedicated gluten free place. Gluten free menus at normal restaurants are dangerous. No it won't make you feel worse, it will make you feel better since you're not eating food contaminated with Gluten. If you regularly eat at normal restaurants...
  12. i have the eye thing too... got better after being off gluten for over a year..
  13. I had over 100 so I think 8 is pretty low 🤣
  14. only vitamin D. All my vit and minerals were normal range.. hmm ok so I guess I'll wait till it drops to normal range. It's been dropping consistently. but only slowly towards the end.. 😝

  16. I don't take any medication. The only thing I take is vitamin D and that's certified gluten free. I never eat out from gluten free menus. No shared pots. I'm coming up on 2 years soon.. 3 months or so will be 2 years. My soap and toothpaste is labeled gluten free. That's the only things I put on my body. Anything packaged that I eat is...
  17. I asked my Dr about Milk and antibodies. he said it's only found with Children. But maybe he's wrong I wasn't eating dairy for over a year after being diagnosed. Even now I rarely eat it. sometimes I'll have certified gluten free pizza which has dairy called Caulipower pizza. It's made by a Mother who has 2 celiac kids.. I'm sure they're eating...
  18. Yes 5k per day is good. Don't take any higher. 1,000 will raise it by like 5 points.
  19. I don't think there is anything that causes TTG-IGA antibodies except Celiac. Vitamin D deficiency causes glucose to rise. Vitamin D helps your body produce hormones that regulate your blood sugar. Without it, your blood sugar is more likely to fluctuate and spiral out of control. Vitamin D deficiency is common with Celiac. You can have that...
  20. Your immune system is not going to make antibodies with gluten intolerance
