  1. Probably if you have Celiac. I haven't been eating gluten for 1 year and 9 months and still don't feel 100% yet. And I never eat at restaurants... What's your anti body levels.. Stop eating at restaurants from gluten free menus. Don't eat anything packaged that isn't certified gluten free.
  2. Then you're eating gluten from Restaurants. You can't eat from gluten free menus from Restaurants regularly. You will eventually be eating Gluten.
  3. Are you eating at Restaurants off Gluten free menus? Or eating packaged foods that are not labeled "Certified Gluten Free"
  4. Anyone else here have the Jumpy eyes thing ? This was one of the first symptoms I noticed months before I started having any stomach pain and other symptoms. I didn't know what it was at the time and thought it was just from tired eyes etc. but it's definitely from Celiac. Basically your eyes will jump or move on their own involuntarily for a split...
  5. I can't gain my initial normal weight back... I'm not sure if it's because of the Gluten free diet or because my intestines aren't fully healed yet or what. I'm about 6 pounds off from where my weight always was before this BS started. I've only gained about 3 - 4 pounds in 1 year and 9 months. I'm not losing weight but not gaining anymore...
  6. I was at 12 from over 100 after 5 months. So it looks similar to my drop around the same time. You might see it drop very slowly now though. Cutting out huge amounts of gluten will make it drop by a lot quickly in the beginning... towards the end it might be harder to get it to drop if you're still eating tiny amounts of gluten regularly.   7. it's not possible to convert fat into muscle. You can lose fat.. but you can't convert it to muscle.

I'm gluten free for 1 year and 9 months. my TTG IGA was 100+ at diagnoses. 5 months later it was 12. 4 months ago it was at 8. 0 - 3 U/mL is normal. once it hit 12 its only been dropping by 2 - 3 points every 6 months.
