  1. Hi! It has been over a year since my diagnosis, but I'm still struggling to know what my symptoms are after I eat gluten and how sensitive I am (to traces and so on). Yesterday a restaurant messed up my order and gave me something with "traces" of gluten (that is according to them after they saw they messed up). Today I feel terrible like I will have the...
  2. Thank you so much for your answer Scott! For me, not eating out is not an option either, so thanks for the tips 😊
  3. Hi! I'm relatively new to celiac disease, and I still don't know how I react to gluten. I do eat gluten free, but I do eat out sometimes and I guess it is always a chance of having traces of gluten in gluten free foods at restaurants. I think one of my reactions could be itching on my face. Smetimes Ifeel some itching on the right side of my face, mainly...
  4. Hi! I bought some seaweed chip and I thought it had no gluten. Since I assumed that there was no gluten, I only looked at the "contain trace of.." and there was no gluten there. But I was reading the packaging while eating it and then saw the gluten 🤦‍♀️ I know how stupid it was of me.. but any tips on what can I do now??

  7. Thank you for the advice, I will try to work on the "thanks, but no thanks " 😅
  8. Thank you! I'm really glad to have access to this forum. No, the person is not an expert at all.. so I guess there was something that could have been cross contaminated. I don't want to ask to much so the person doesn't think I am ungrateful, but I will ask about the recipe to check what could have been cross contaminated. I don't think I have any...
  9. Hi, I am new to celiac disease, so I am still trying to figure out how to know if I accidentally had gluten. Last Friday someone made me a gluten free cake, which I ate twice on Friday and felt incredibly nauseous, never felt so nauseous before, especially not for as long as I did that day. Saturday I had it again and felt nauseous again. Sunday the...
