  2. @knitty kittyI also wanted to mention that we had a friend mention the paleo (caveman) diet to us previously. We will be checking into that as well. Neither of us are chefs but we're realizing real quick that cooking our own meals is what we're going to need to do. I've done a lot of reading about setting up the kitchen to avoid cross contamination.
