About Me
Hello-I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease about 12 years ago and rigidly follow a gluten-free diet. I also have many "food sensitivities" (which are more like allergies). So, eating is always a challenge. But, the food I can eat is good and healthy! I have a wonderful life partner and we have been together for 18 years and I have 3 wonderful children.
I love Pug dogs, Enjoy reading, watching TV, meditating, Buddhism.

Hello-I have a very embarrassingly silly question to ask. Here it goes: If Sir Mick is asking about brown sugar being gluten free, is he following a Gluten Free diet because he has Celiac Disease? Or, is he exploring a healthy diet? Thank you,
