I am trying to find what makes me hive and rash up. It is about to drive me insane. I am trying to lose wt also. I am eating quite of bit of eggs and milk and i also eat nuts so i am going to do ur list to see if it helps . Ill try anything at this point. Omgosh i thought i was reading about my life. I am doing the same thing sweetheart, i dont understand this stuff i am totally gluten-free and i am full blown blister, rash, itching, ice pks up all night stage. I keep saying theres something else wrong with me or im allergic to something else if u find the answer please let me know and i pray ot ain rice... -
I was soooo glad that i saw this about this bread. Yall dont know how excited i got.
