I’ve had my blood taken already with a positive celiac result which is what lead me to the EGD/colonoscopy, I think I’m more confused on their analyzed results of the biopsies they’ve taken unfortunately 😞. However I’ll still report back with their clarifications to see what happened with how they worded my results!

Thank you for the reassurance! I thought it was a bit strange since the same-day results of the EGD said no visibility of irritation, polyps, ulcers, etc in my stomach. Then the pathology biopsy results are saying chronic gastritis, so I wondered what was going on since gastritis is visually observed. Thank you for providing reassurance on the metaplasia...
