  1. My symptoms are consistently neurological.
  2. I react to eggs from our chickens if their feed is high proportion of wheat. I have to read the labels of their feed and pick the brand that uses more soy. Similarly I have heard of chicken owners who are allergic to soy avoiding that in the fowl feed to avoid having reactions.
  3. I appreciate this thread wondering about maltodextrin. Recently I had same symptoms as when I have wheat (neurological, not digestive; i.e. woozy, off balance, severe brain fog, lethargy) when I ate some "gluten free" corn chips that contained maltodextrin.   6. I am 51 and never had issues eating wheat until the middle of last year. Now a small amount causes major issues.
