Oh god. People just don't take this allergy seriously this is it. I actually did acupuncture last Saturday and it helped. I am taking all your advice into account. Thank you so much for taking the time to read and reply. Thanks to all of you. Xx

Thank you so much for your response. Yes I am sure as I cook everything myself Well I have checked if there could be anything else, but it really looks like it is the gluten as the symptoms I developed from the glutening experience never went away...
