  1. Do oats mimic gluten in our body? What other foods mimic gluten in my body?
  2. The neurologist performed the blood test and sent me to the GI doctor. The GI doc said I was gluten sensitive and performed the biospy. Then I started the gluten-free diet. I do not have any other symptoms that is gluten related.

  5. Thanks for the info. I had an endoscopy done and the biopsy came back negative. Been on a strict gluten-free diet and have not gotten any better with the neuropathy but also have not gotten any worse. Just trying to figure out what to do next.

  7. Deamidated Gliadin Abs, Iga = 76 High range 0-19, is part of a Celiac Antibody Profile of my blood test. Last test was 2-23-22 and every test has been in the 70's for 15 months now.   8. Gliadin (deamidated) antibody, IgA blood work has not come down to normal after 15 months of being on a gluten-free diet. Does any else have this problem?
