  1. Thank you! I am always tempted, but never give in 😂 I have read on here that just being around it, or it getting on your counter tops will gluten you. that's what I am more fearful of. this is a new lifestyle for my whole family. I feel like everyone is walking around on egg shells around my house. I over heard my husband fussing at my 12 year old because he...
  2. I was just diagnosed with celiac. I have went through my entire kitchen and threw out old scratched up dishes, pots and pans etc. cleaned out all cabinets, new shelf paper, and separated gluten foods from non gluten foods. Honestly, all that cleaning needed to be done anyway! Lol. Question is… My kids are used to eating snacks etc. they are so young they a...
  3. Would someone please give me a straight up list of recommended daily vitamins and supplements that you all take? I'm trying to look through the topics but I am getting a little overwhelmed because I'll find one here and there. Thanks!

I have been gluten-free for a week now and have noticed that I have felt some what better. However, I had promised my son that I would take him to Cheesecake factory over the weekend and was excited that I saw that they had a lot of gluten...

I already have pcos and went into menopause when I was 30, am now 49. I am reading about osteoporosis and thyroid disease, cancer etc and how they are really prevalent with Celiac. My doctors are really n...
  7. Thank you for the helpful information. Thankfully, when covid hit, I started taking vitamins. I checked them all last night and they are all gluten free! Once thing I've done right. I didn't realize until I started delving in to it that it was going to be so confusing. I just thought hey this isn't hard i just have to give up bread, pasta etc. its a lot more...
  8. Hello! I was just diagnosed with Celiac a couple days ago and have not been given any kind of direction on what I need to do other than "don't eat anymore gluten". I thought it would be easy to figure out, but I am finding that I am scared to eat just about everything. If i google if a certain product has gluten, there are always different responses. I...
