  1. I found that having 1 tbls Apple Cidar Vinegar in water in the morning helps keep my blood sugar more balanced ...if you hate the taste ACV comes in capsules and gummies.
  2. Since it is winter time i find that low vitamin D levels affect my brain fog too...try a good multivitamin or D3 supplement and drink enough water.
