I have a rare gluten allergy/celiac that causes internal bleeding (up to a pint / week over 3-8 weeks) if exposed to any gluten or wheat. It has triggered hidden genetic recessive genes to cause connective tissue disease so I can’t have mucosal surgery without necrosis. I can’t get genetic testing in my country to get proper treatment or diagnosis and most of my family that has this activated have become medical refugees that have found refuge in Australia.
