Thanks for the quick reply!!! I knew about the fryers and the pasta. Great idea about actually training the staff on celiac disease as oppossed to just training them on how to make it gluten free. I never thought about that. I didn't understand the bit about using a small cart (?) to hold stuff like salad mixes etc. Salad has no gluten, right? What is... -
