  1. For anxiety I highly recommend a combination of Magnesium Glycinate (200mgs), L-Taurine (1000mgs) and L-Theanine (200mgs). Taken twice per day. Most multi vitamin products usually contain no more than 100mgs of Magnesium and it's usually the poorly absorbed "Stearate" compound, as opposed to the vastly super Glycinate compound. 400mgs of Magnesium...
  2. Regardless of the test result. If Gluten is making you that unwell, then simply avoid it. You don't need a doctors confirmation. You simply need to listen to your own body and how it responds to certain things. That's where you should go from here.
  3. Admittedly I'm still consuming small amounts of cow's milk for my morning coffee. Although I have switched to Lactose free to see if that will make any kind of difference. I may just have to cut dairy out of my diet altogether. Shame really, as I love my cheddar. I just find it odd that they would include soy in gluten-free products when there's such...
  4. The weakness you're experiencing may be a mild form of Anaemia. It's not uncommon for Celiac's to have an Iron deficiency due to the leaky gut caused by Gluten consumption. Iron plays a vital role in the quality of red blood cells in the body for carrying oxygen to the organs. Most multi-vitamins only offer a fraction of the RDA of Iron in them. So it may...
  5. Hey KK I'm currently sticking to lactose free dairy to see how it goes. I'm consuming oats at the moment but have decided to exclude Soy from my diet as I think I may be intolerant to Soy as well as Gluten. I'm trying to keep my overall Carb intake low however with the largest percentage of my Carbs coming from the fibre in fruit and vegetables. I'm...
  6. I've only recently gone gluten free (just over 3 weeks now). But before I did, I was having frequent panic attacks where I felt like I was either having a hard attack or about to have a stroke. I've also had persistent depression for years and a consistent brain fog where I just can't keep my mind on things and feel very fatigued. This is gradually improving...
  7. Hey Scott, Thanks for taking the time to respond and to provide this useful information. My rashes are pretty much all on my face only. Covering my cheek and nose area. The hard bumps appear to be going down and I just started a topical prescription of Metronidazole to hopefully help with the rashes and overall facial redness. Even although...
  8. Your Adrenal Fatigue may actually be Anaemia. It's not uncommon to have an iron deficiency when it comes to Celiac Disease. I was having many of the same symptoms until I started taking stand alone Iron and Folic Acid supplements. The fatigue went away after only a few days for me.
  9. In my experience, Steroid Creams are never a good idea, particularly for rashes. You need to calm the skin and all Steroids will do is thin the skin out. If you suspect the rash was triggered by an allergy, then taking antihistamines for a couple of weeks may help to settle things back down. If it is Celiac, cutting Gluten and Lactose out of the...
  10. Hello, new to the forums (go easy on me). I was curious to find out if anybody else who has suffered from chronic skin inflammation before going gluten free had an initial severe breakout soon after going gluten free? I ask, because about 1 week after switching to a gluten free diet, I woke up with a lot of facial redness and hard nodules on my...
