    Thank u, i don't eat coconut as a rule , my pain early hours of today was due to a white magnum ice cream , i stupidly only looked for the bold ingredients and thought it was safe ..... definitely not safe for me so that was my first and last magnum ice-cream,

    I found the filling station in Glasgow brahead to b the only place that took it seriously, i was given my own server too even for drinks ! If in Glasgow again i would definitely go there for food

    Thank u, I've found it very difficult at time's but it is what it is and i just need to get on with it, going out for dinner is my biggest concern after a few nightmares, I'm ill for about a week afterwards sometimes longer !

    Hi, diagnosed dec with celiac disease so still learning so much still, why is coconut causing me pain / bagpipes noises? A few time's this has happened now, also finding my GP not helpful after having no gluten since Dec still very ill , white blood count low at 5.1 so have to wait 6 wks to check again, this site has taught me so much so very grateful 🙏 ...
