Yeah. They should just make it a standard blood work up at yearly check ups. That would maybe lead to some clues on why people develop it later on in life when they do as well. I honestly think I've had it since I was a kid though. ... -

Sometimes celiac disease manifests itself dermally (skin) rather than enterically (gut). Unless there is inflammation in the gut, your serum antibody tests will be negative.
