Joint Popping And Muscle Twitching?

Hi, I'm also having the same symptoms - joint popping and muscle twitching. It was limited to ankles first and then has spread to full body (both the twitching and joint popping). I started having dandruff too. Not only me but both my parents, brother and a new born.. everyone caught this AT THE SAME TIME!! I'm thinking if it could be related to parasites...
