Gluten-Free Travel Guide: How to Stay Safe in 10 Popular Destinations (+Video)
Jim Chris commented on Scott Adams's article in Autumn 2025 Issue
We are going to Spain, Portugal, southern coast of France, Florence then staying in Rome for a few days this coming year. When you say "translation cards", are there a source for these cards or are you talking about self made cards?- 3 comments

Wow! A lot of good information that explains a lot of what has happened to me and I didn't know why. Although I always carefully read ingredients labels, I will pay more attention to what was explained in this article. Thank you!!

Could ZED1227 Pave the Way for Celiacs to Eat Gluten Without Harm?
Jim Chris commented on Scott Adams's article in Diagnosis, Testing & Treatment
I would like to know if this a daily dose or just prior to eating a meal that may contain gluten. I take the gluten neutralizer now before a suspected problem so how would this be better and at what cost.- 8 comments

Wow!! Great report!! Never knew this before. I will pitch my King Arthur gluten-free flour. Obviously, the government and corporations bureaucracies are part of the problem as well.

Is Motts Applesauce Gluten-Free?
Jim Chris commented on Jefferson Adams's article in Gluten-Free Foods & Beverages
I've been eating Motts without any problems for years. I read all labels and it was pretty clear that apple sauce did not contain gluten. It only takes about an hour or less for accidental consumption of gluten to hit me hard.- 1 comment

As an additional note, I went onto the "class action" lawsuit website and threatened them with a class action suit against them if they pursue this self destructive, ignorant action against any restaurants or chains and restaurants simply stop offering gluten free products to avoid stupid lawsuits.

Anyone with gluten intolerance who has bought gluten free buns knows that they aren't cheap. I was buying very good buns off Amazon but they were $4 each. Grocery store prices are also high for gluten free buns. I was very happy to pay an upcharge of $1 to $2 at restaurants to get one, usually Udi brand, and being able to enjoy sandwiches again. This BS of...

I had an endoscopy and a Prometheus blood test when I was diagnosed with Celiac. However, even before being diagnosed, the symptoms matched just about every celiac indicator. Starting and maintaining a gluten free diet rectified the symptoms. Accidentally ingesting gluten quickly reminds me of the disease. Point being that I believe it doesn't take or need...

Progressive has the most gluten free soups, with New England clam chowder, vegetable beef(2 of those), lentil, roasted lentil, tomato and basil creamy tomato, split pea, and maybe a few others. Campbell's are way behind the ball when it comes to gluten free offerings. Cream of chicken and mushroom? Are you kidding me!? Until they get serious about it, I won...

Sad, but but explicit, example of the Puten dictatorship cruelty. Meanwhile, in our country, people openly call for the genocide of jews and nothing is done, reminiscent of Nazi Germany. One extreme to the other.
