Could ZED1227 Pave the Way for Celiacs to Eat Gluten Without Harm?
Jim Chris commented on Scott Adams's article in Diagnosis, Testing & Treatment
I would like to know if this a daily dose or just prior to eating a meal that may contain gluten. I take the gluten neutralizer now before a suspected problem so how would this be better and at what cost.- 8 comments

Wow!! Great report!! Never knew this before. I will pitch my King Arthur gluten-free flour. Obviously, the government and corporations bureaucracies are part of the problem as well.

Is Motts Applesauce Gluten-Free?
Jim Chris commented on Jefferson Adams's article in Gluten-Free Foods & Beverages
I've been eating Motts without any problems for years. I read all labels and it was pretty clear that apple sauce did not contain gluten. It only takes about an hour or less for accidental consumption of gluten to hit me hard.- 1 comment

As an additional note, I went onto the "class action" lawsuit website and threatened them with a class action suit against them if they pursue this self destructive, ignorant action against any restaurants or chains and restaurants simply stop offering gluten free products to avoid stupid lawsuits.

Anyone with gluten intolerance who has bought gluten free buns knows that they aren't cheap. I was buying very good buns off Amazon but they were $4 each. Grocery store prices are also high for gluten free buns. I was very happy to pay an upcharge of $1 to $2 at restaurants to get one, usually Udi brand, and being able to enjoy sandwiches again. This BS of...

I had an endoscopy and a Prometheus blood test when I was diagnosed with Celiac. However, even before being diagnosed, the symptoms matched just about every celiac indicator. Starting and maintaining a gluten free diet rectified the symptoms. Accidentally ingesting gluten quickly reminds me of the disease. Point being that I believe it doesn't take or need...

Progressive has the most gluten free soups, with New England clam chowder, vegetable beef(2 of those), lentil, roasted lentil, tomato and basil creamy tomato, split pea, and maybe a few others. Campbell's are way behind the ball when it comes to gluten free offerings. Cream of chicken and mushroom? Are you kidding me!? Until they get serious about it, I won...

Sad, but but explicit, example of the Puten dictatorship cruelty. Meanwhile, in our country, people openly call for the genocide of jews and nothing is done, reminiscent of Nazi Germany. One extreme to the other.

It was biopsied and came back benign but as a "rare" fungal infection with no ideas of how I contracted it. It has been miserable to deal with and U still winder if has any relationship to my celiac. Third time is a charm I hope.

I continue to have a blistery condition on my lip. It's been cut out twice and burned off once. The dermatologist doesn't acknowledge that it could be related to my celiac so I know how frustrating your situation can be. Waiting for the latest surgery to heal and hope it doesn't become a 4th time with it later.

For years, I have been getting a blistery formation on my lower lip. The dermatologists have been stumped as to what is causing it and I have had it cut off 3 times. I just had to have it removed again a month ago. I never connected it to my celiac and wonder if it is possibly related. They are treating it now with anti biotic mouth lozenges and a white...

Just hope they have boosters at this point as well as the live virus. It's scary when you have to choose between getting shots or risk your celiac becoming worse.

Based upon researchers finding a link between covid vaccines elements (NRA) possibly being a trigger for celiac in those that are predisposed to get celiac, I'm not sure whether to get any more covid vaccinations or boosters. I did not have celiac until after vaccination and boosters. My fear is will it make my celiac even worse if I get another vaccination...

It's just that for a major, long time industry leader, it's shameful that they have ignored the gluten free market. I feel the same way about Kellogg cereals. Kellogg doesn't have even a single gluten free cereal. You would think that at least Rice Krispies or corn flakes would be gluten free. Dah, corn, rice, but no, they added wheat elements to these cereals...

Campbell's soup is way behind the Progresso soups company. I regularly buy about 5 different progresso gluten free soups including garden vegetables, creamy basil tomato, lentil, and split pea. Campbell's offering in the condensed can is rather pathetic. The Walmart gluten-free cream of chicken is very good. Campbell needs to get more and better offerings...

During a visit from our son & wife, his wife told my wife to use a cooking ingredient with gluten saying "oh he won't notice". It is an attitude I've encountered before.

Is Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix Gluten-Free?
Jim Chris commented on Jefferson Adams's article in Gluten-Free Foods & Beverages
I am very careful as to reading ingredients and did not see any questionable ones in Hidden Valley ranch dressing. I have an explosive bowel problem if I ingest gluten. I've been using Hidden Ranch dressing for some time with no adverse reactions.- 6 comments

Anything coming out of China should be highly suspect. Covid was also developed by the Chinese in their Wuhan labs. I am 100% convinced that the covid vaccine is what triggered my Celiac. Since scientists were using the NRA element of the MNRA virus found in Covid vaccinations, to trigger celiac in mice or rats for studying Celiac, it is a logical conclusion...
