Years ago I followed a paleo diet and I definitely felt better but my symptoms didn’t go away completely so I stopped. But I also wasn’t 100% gluten free. I think this is all my doctor tested for. It’s the first thing to come up abnormal. I’ve had neurological symptoms with no answers for many years. Doctors have been dismissive.
