    Thank you, I have been dealing with this long time . I am 76 diagnosed 3 weeks ago, this may very well save my life. I copied your lists knowing it will help me, I have a couple of questions. Is there any evidence that Locust Bean gum is unsafe? Also lactaid milk. I hope I have a temporary allergy to milk. Any further resources? Mary Smith
