  1. That is what I am leaning towards, doing challenges on those foods that may or may not be OK. FYI- Love your fish symbol. I am already have some improvement only 1 week into the SCD diet.
  2. Quality Supplements can be a part of recovery, providing they are gluten free. Any reccomendations on brands and which ones to order?
  3. I am so confused. Some sources say to eliminate Bananas, Nightshades like tomatoes, and Oxalates like spinach. But the cookbooks I am looking at include those foods. How do I decide what is right for me? Do I just attempt trial and error? I also have Osteoporis which is not a surprise for a person my age (70+).
