Thank you so much for your suggestion to stay away from too much spinach. I eat spinach every day with chicken as a salad. I'll definitely switch to Kale.

Hello. I was diagnosed with Celiac 15 yrs ago and stay on Strick gluten-free diet to avoid issues. In the last 2 years I've been dealing with 2 Tooth root resorption and loss of 2 teeth and process/expense of 2 implants.
