@trents The microbial density increases from the stomach to the rectum (Figure 1), with low densities in the small intestine. https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S2212877816300552 Not really sterile, my mistake. I think I heard that to Dr. Mark Pimentel on YouTube, he is researching SIBO and all that stuff. @knitty kitty ... -

I take NAC(N-Acetylcysteine) as a biofilm because I personally believe I do have a biofilm and these bugs steal the iron(anemia) and the magnesium(muscle spasms) before I have the chance to absorb these nutrients. See the study link. I also take Rifaximin which is the antibiotic to treat SIBO for the most part but it does work for SIFO as well. I do... -

I already do in the last 1-2 months, even before I sent the stool sample to Germany. I experimented almost all vitamins and minerals, still have a few to try them. The most health benefits I felt was because of Zinc, B12(sublingual and shots), Omega 3, Vitamin C and Vitamin D(sunshine). -

Grains are not a food for bovines, birds have digestive system for grains. Anyway you may be right but I tried this route too, I know my body, I know what he likes or not. For example this summer I tried tomatoes after years of not eating at all and I didn't have any problem. Anything that is high carb and high fructose I can feel how is fermeting in... -

Another 9 months update: A quick recap, as the title of the post says, I had nausea and fatigue all day despite the fact I was gluten free for 6-7 years, I discovered that I also had histamine intolerance, fructose intolerance and all kind of intolerances pretty much to everything except meat which is my current diet, I mostly eat meat, 2-3 eggs and... -

I have to try first with only magnesium supplement because muscles spams are pretty much the only symtom that bugs me sometimes. I also have to quit drinking the instant coffee because that blocks the absorption of magnesium. If is not working for 1-2 months then I will try with the B1 too. -

I had iron deficiency too, my hands and feets were always cold even after hot baths, now they are normal, I don't feel that type of cold anymore. I do eat a lot of liver now specially for iron. EDIT: Yes I was mostly vegetarian before going carnivore. I do eat mostly pork, sometimes a little fish too. -

I had a lot of fiber in my diet before going carnivore and I couldn't go less than 4 days no matter what so as I am right now is a luxury 🙂 -

This is a +10 months update: Everything is great! Carnivore diet actually recovered my health and I will stay carnivore for life I guess... I don't eat any seed/grain anymore finally, I don't feel hungry anymore which was always a problem for me no matter how much I was going to eat. No more histamine problems, muscle spasms, panic attacks, insomnia... -
Going gluten free just was half of the puzzle in my case. After almost 7 years of keep struggling with my health despite eating gluten free, I cut all carbs like grains, seeds, refined sugar, fructose, onion, garlic, dairy, seed oils and then I start to feel normal. No cheating! Gut bacteria imbalance and leaky gut is common in celiacs. 6 months...

Feels like I'm reacting to everything?
itarachiu replied to EmptyJars99's topic in Food Intolerance & Leaky Gut
These foods feeds the bad bacteria in the gut. All celiacs have imbalance of gut bacteria more or less. These foods also have a high glycemic index which cause inflammation in the body even in healthy people. Rice is a seed just like the wheat grain that has gluten. Rice is gluten free of course but what they have in common is the fact that both are... -

Can't edit anymore I was going to say that I don't feel hungry anymore, meat and a few eggs a day and more olive oil did the trick, in fact now I do eat even when I'm not hungry because I want to gain weight. -

Another 1 month update. Good news! I'm 99.99% sure that I have SIBO, don't know which one but because of 0 carbs, 0 fructose, 0 sugar, 0 anything that feeds the bad bacteria improved my digestion very VERY well. I can tolerate now again eggs, meat, high histamine foods, 3 days leftover meat, anything which is high in histamine, didn't tried all of them... -

@knitty kitty I do use olive oil and coconut in the food, everything I eat has a little bit some oil, quail eggs and chicken eggs a few per day some meat but not much. Now I feel my large intestine fine, bowel movments are fine but there is a problem with the small intestine now, because I eat so much rice like 2-300 g per day even 400 in some days in... -

VERY BAD. You can really feel that you have less energy and in the first days I had to put under my tongue a little bit of refined sugar 2-3 times a day because I was very dizzy. I also experienced night sweats in the first 2 days. I still feel after around 10 days of 0 carbs the effect, carbs really give you energy. I also lost 1 kg in weight. -

Yes, well I did eat some organic meat and I didn't have any problem. A few days ago I tried some liver which was not organic, bought it from store and my gut didn't liked it. Chicken eggs I can get organic but maybe next month when they start to lay eggs. Quails eggs I do fine with them but they are not as satisfying as chicken eggs. So right now, 0... -

Almost 1 month update, I'm doing almost great. No more nausea except from time to time. I'm doing great with histamine levels, I can now eat histamine foods, didn't tried large amounts but is fine with small amounts. My nervous system is fine, I do sleep now 7-8 hours without waking up. However! I have SIBO now, I did start to eat with the histamine... -
I do experience typical male type baldness in the corners of my head like 1 finger(1-2 cm), I'm almost 33 and it did started when I was in highschool 16 years ago when I noticed. On that time I did start to experience celiac disease symtomps but I got the diagnoniss too late which was about 5 years ago. The hair loss did progress very very slowly but it in...

If I remember correctly when I cut of gluten the first thing I noticed was my head pains were almost gone after just 3 days of gluten free, I wake up and I couldn't not believe that my 10 years, day by day, constant head pains is gone, then I was not that much constipated, I sometimes use to stay in the bathroom for like 2-3 hours, I was still constipated...

@AnyBunny94 See that is part of the problem itself, you are living your life to eat instead of eating(healthy) to stay alive. After years of gluten free in my case I don't miss it anymore, maybe pizza and donuts is the only thing I miss but I learn to live my life without gluten or eating in mall which is 99% unhealthy or eating fast foods, or eating...

Black or green tea I think they are high in histamine due to caffeine content I believe... Same for regular coffee. I tried roasted instant coffee and I got small reaction, brain fog, sweating, stomach cramps and a little bit of nausea which lasted for about 2 hours so I will keep avoid this for 3-6 months. I will take Iron and B6 as well, they are very... -

And... another update! Mostly good news. I finally achieved what I was looking for, no nausea what so ever! I can't believe it, I was thinking that I will have nausea all the time for the rest of my life.
