About Me

My name is Jennifer and I've been gluten-free for 14 years now. Shortly after the birth of my second child, I had stomach issues nonstop, headaches, hives, anxiety, and a lot of brain fog for the better part of a year. I went to see an allergist, a naturalist, and an herbalist. I tried many elimination diets, used tons of herbs, and still couldn't figure out what was wrong. I tried eliminating dairy and yeast and finally tried eliminating gluten. Hallelujah!! After a few months, I felt so much better. It turned out for me since it took like 3 months to get into a GI doctor to get testing and I had figured out in the meantime that I felt better...
