I have found that I have gluten type reaction issues from most of the "gums" that are added as thickeners to EVERYTHING. Examples; locust bean gum, cellulose gum, guar gum, xanthan gum and carrageenan. These are actually in a lot of processed foods, from pudding to salad dressing to deli meat....and protein shakes.
Xanthan Gum is the worst for me causing...
