Im tired of failing miserably at everything i do because on the long run because of this disease. I can cope with everything else this disease brings me but brainfog is impossible to deal with, it makes me honestly deeply depressed. I have not a single idea what i should do to cope with this, tried sleeping better, caffeine pills, eating no gluten...
