Hello if gluten manages to get onto my clothes would a simply wipe down with a wet cloth do or is it safer to change clothes.

Hello I was pouring out some food onto the oven tray and halfway through cooking I found a piece of cardboard from the packaging within my food. Will my food still be safe gluten wise

I had an experience where i caught my cat pawing and sniffing my toothbrush. I gave it a hot rinse i assume it would be fine. She eats grain free food.

Hello. I was just wondering if there was gluten on my toothbrush would a good rinse with hot water solve this or should I just replace.

Hello can you get glutened by smoking or second hand smoke.

Thank you so much. Also just caught my cat pawing my chocolate bars. I am assuming they are fine if they are all in wrappers. Did not want to throw away food.

Thanks for your replies. Also i like with non-celiacs that share a microwave. Am i right in assuming my food would be fine if i use a plate and a plate cover even if they cooked food 2 hours prior.

Hello i am newly diagnosed and have a question. I am worried about every day occurrences. For example i just bumped into someone holding and eating a sausage roll from Greggs. Would this affect me in any way.

Hello. My headset that i use fell on the floor. Is it even possible that gluten could somehow end up on it and fall in my food and i should wipe it down or am i being too paranoid.

The tray had not been washed before hand. There does not seem to be any food except food that has dried up and crusty.

Hello. Does anyone else struggle to prepare their gluten-free food around other people. I cant help but freak out when people go near my food like they have gluten on them or something. Am i being silly or can this actually affect my food.

I would have thought that wearing a mask would prevent you from getting ill regardless. If your mask gets wet in the rain does it still offer the same protection.

Hello. I just found out there are gluten containing products in the house i.e Dry Shampoo. If someone were to use this then i walk in the room after will it affect me or am i safe.

Hello I just had a problem where my food in the oven accidentally touched the side of the inside oven. Would my food still be safe to consume?.
