  1. I went there once when I traveled to Illinois. It was delicious. Sadly, I do not have one near where I live.
  2. Hi there. I have found a site called Gluten free on a shoestring. There is a pumpkin muffin/ chocolate chip recipe on there. Gluten Free Pumpkin Muffins | quick & easy with chocolate chips (glutenfreeonashoestring.com) I have tried a lot of her recipes and have not been disappointed.
  3. Bread is the thing I was going to miss and so figured it out quickly. All the brands mentioned here were too dry, crumbly and just plain expensive. I finally found Sam's Gluten Free breads at Walmart. These are denser than gluten bread but hold up to a sandwich without falling apart. If they are getting a little stale, pop it in the toaster and it softens...
