  2. I should note, total IgA was normal.
  3. My family member had initial ttg iga >250 with 15 or above being positive. The EMA was not done due to lack of sample. Dx with celiac disease and went gluten free. 9 month labs were just done and the ttg iga dropped to 25 and EMA was negative. Any thoughts on the negative test? Thank you.
  4. Our teen was diagnosed with Celiac last week. I know the whole family should get tested now. I am curious....for those who tested after a family member was diagnosed, how many others were diagnosed as well?
  5. Yes, from the lab. The normal values are so different for that age group.
  6. She had the Ferritin done as part of the Celiac blood work. The normal range for her age drops a lot, and I am wondering why. At a result of 6, I would think it would be considered low but according to this chart, it is normal. Her tTg IGA was >250 and Immunoglobin A was normal. EMA not ran because they ran out of specimen.   7. One of the labs my 15 year old daughter had was Ferritin. The normal range for her age group seems off to me compared to the others. Hers was 6.
