  1. Good point, that’s real perspective considering I was diagnosed 5 months ago. I’m curious, do you still make things “old school” or do you go with already prepared things? I think there’s tons of options now compared to then. The next “frontier” will be for restaurants to be more accommodating…
  2. Hi Maddie6332! I don’t know if you have a Sprouts or Natural Grocers where you live, but I was surprised and excited that there are labels for gluten-free foods throughout the store! I used to love going to Trader Joe’s . What are some of your favorite gluten-free things there?
