    Thank you very much for the informative response! There’s so much to learn and figure out. I was just diagnosed with celiac disease. I appreciate the note about my son and will be be getting him tested ASAP. Follow up question, how do you go about figuring out your sensitivity? Follow up blood tests? Continued symptoms?
