    I spoke to Lays this week and was told the only chips that were guaranteed gluten free are their Simply brand chips, ruffles, cheetos and tortitos. The regular ones with gluten free on the label are iffy.

    I spoke with the area manager from McDonalds and was told not to eat the fries. Even though it is a dedicated fryer, the fries have gluten on them.

    I was diagnosed 1 year ago with Celiac. Just 2 months before I required 2 liters of blood followed by an infusion of iron. Then in August of this year another infusion of iron was required.     Ate at my local Bonefish and was very disappointed. Was given the gluten-free menu. I ordered the Cesear salad with my meal. When it came out it had croutons mixed in. They apologized then gave me a new salad. I emphasized many times that I was very sensitive to gluten. Guess I will never eat there again.

    Has anyone had a bad reaction to nail polish after being diagnosed with Celiac? I have a dermatitis breakout on both ankles. Didn't know nail polish had gluten in it.

    There seems to be no name label gluten-free beer available on the market at this time. Has it been taken off the market? Are any craft beers available?
