If you test positive for celiac antibodies does this mean you positively have celiac disease? I have been gluten free for many years so I don't really want to start eating gluten again to get diagnosed thru endoscopy.

Do you have to be fasting to do the HLA-DQ2 and HLA DQ* blood test? I did these and they were both positive but I was not fasting. My ND said to consider myself Celiac. -
My ND did a blood test that shows I am positive for both DQ2 and DQ8. It says greater than 95% of celiac patients are positive for either of these. I have been gluten free for about 10 years so an endoscopy always shows negative for celiac. Is there a genetic test that would confirm this diagnosis?
