  1. As I have said elsewhere in this massively large and easy to lose track of stuff topic: they are gluten free oats from a specialty store and with all the certifications
  2. Why not oats? They are a good breakfast
  3. Update: Went to the hospital last night and it was found I have sinusus or whatever that’s called. So I wonder how much of my fatigue and feeling bad was because of that. My health has been declining and if I have a massive infection then that makes sense. Was prescribed antibiotics
  4. Yes and I have found that cutting dairy from my diet often improves this exact issue. What is your problem? Just leave me alone. You're not a doctor and you're not helping
  5. I’ll try it my way. I’m not comfortable jumping to prednisone before exhausting all my other options. How is trying diet changes the definition of insanity? Wtaf? Are you high?
  6. Do you really think so? I’m just worried there may be something in the air that my body is fighting and maybe if I suppress my immune system, whatever that is will take root in my body
  7. Went to the doctor today. I’ve been congested with mucous and phlegm with a cough quite badly for about 2 weeks brought on suddenly by seemingly nothing. anyhow he prescribed me Prednisone! Which suppresses your immune system! I’m not down with that. Gonna try removing dairy from my diet instead. Also prolly cut back on the sugar. I never use...
  8. I don’t really have SIBO symptoms but sceptics maybe increased gas but it’s not bad just more than normal. I think all the beans I eat are contributing
  9. So just a quick update: had benfotiamine 3 times today as per instructions on the bottle itself. Feeling spaced out with mild brain fog rn. Definitely a reaction I have to B vitamins it would seem.
  10. Oh I see. Glad my topic is such a water cooler >>
  11. Sometimes I think you’re not reading anything I say. I’ve literally been phlegm free (unless I have a cold) for over 20 years. This just started a few weeks ago and was BEFORE I went back on gluten. Please read. I just don’t get why you try to force your narrative so hard on my thread
  12. Maybe I’m thinking too much. Anyhow the links you posted show sourdough bread has like 10x LESS gluten than normal bread. I’ll take that as a substitute any day. I don’t eat any other gluten now. Got rid of pringles and mars bar and switched to Doritos and snickers. as for my air purifier, no real change as I’m still stuffed up and phlegmy. I plan...
  13. I can’t make my energy snacks without bread of some kind. I use peanut butter, coconut oil, and whey protein powder and I need it ready and easily accessible as I work in a fast paced environment. Really tired of your judgement on this. It’s not my fault the store was out of gluten free bread. I got the best option I could. Deal
