  1. Yea but most of those fish oil pills are rancid and actually damage your body in subtle ways including organ damage How so? Why are you fixating on pineapple juice when it doesn’t cause me issues but trying so hard to get me to take multivitamins that I’m telling you make me feel like I’m dying?   4. Body can’t use very well isnt the same as makes you feel like your dying. I’m not using it. pineapple juice is 100% pineapple juice NOT from concentrate.

  6. I drink no soda. Vitamin B complex was making me feel like I was dying. Massive pain and inflammation from it as well as fatigue and brain fog. never taking it again! I drink pure pineapple juice every day

  10. Update: Been taking Glycine and Vitamin B Complex and today felt SO tired and brain fog I was astounded and worried. My physical strength and stamina for my job was uncompromised tho so that was an interesting divergence.

  12. update: No changes. Gonna try and take dairy out of my diet. Soon I’ll have a grand total of like 5 foods I can actually eat
  13. Update: more of the same. Eating super healthy is such bs because obviously it isn’t helping. I’ve started eating a Mara bar at work. I don’t know what else to do.   14. Update: Felt like absolute garbage today. Woke up with no energy. Felt like I was gonna fall asleep at the wheel driving into work. No energy at work. Ate all my food I packed for lunch on my first break. Bought fast food (lettuce wrapped burger, fries and coffee) for lunch which seemed to help a little. Slowly got better throughout the day.   16. Update: Felt amazing today. Like my mind was waking up beyond Simple survival I went to my grandmas for Easter and had food there I don’t normally have so I assume that may be part of it. I ate marshmallow ambrosia fruit cup salad thingy (don’t know the real name), tomatoes, Turkey, cashews, popcorn, peppermint and cranberries

  18. Update: Interesting occurrences today. I had my normal breakfast (Sweet potatoes, Black Beans, Beef, Eggs, Coffee) also took a Fenugreek supplement. everything was normal and I was feeling like sh!t. at lunch I had to get fast food. I got a burger (wrapped in lettuce so no bun). It had: Beef patty, Tomato, Mayo, ketchup, mustard...

  20. I’ve never been tested for allergies but I seem to react negatively to almost everything. These brief moments of feeling amazing are anomalous tho. for carbs I tried rice pasta before but not a fan. Nothing makes me feel as good as bread or pizza it’s weird
  21. Update: Very exciting time today. First off, I was up drinking coffee till 1:30am this morning and got up to go to work at 5:30am and felt AMAZING all day! slight drowsiness but nothing crazy, and overall I have this feeling of improving health. I also noticed some increased strength. SO my theory is that my intestines may FINALLY be healing...
  22. Update: So felt good overall today except for that brief dizzy spell earlier after I ate the apple. Continues without any vitamins or supplements and felt quite incredible at times while feeling a bit bad at others. Very strange. I can only guess but I did eat some beer lover today (a natural multivitamin) so maybe that helped me. Face still red but not as...
  23. Update: (can’t edit my posts on my phone for some reason) anyhow started eating and that’s when things started going downhill. Feeling tired and had low blood pressure. So far I’ve eaten: eggs, more coffee (this time with sugar and cream), avocado, an apple (shortly after this is when things began to go downhill), also hat oats and Greek yogurt
  24. Update: Felt amazing this morning and my skin was clearer. All I had eaten were some salted peanuts, Doritos, and coffee. I didn’t take any vitamins or supplements. im currently testing to see if the vitamins are causing my skin issues so I will be eating everything I normally do minus the vitamins and supplements.
