  1. Ok thanks. I got it off Walmart.ca and it arrives Wednesday. Is this the one that helps heal intestines too? also, I had a few protein bars today just randomly and I felt absolutely incredible! Any idea why? “Healthy food” doesn’t give me this feeling. I can’t figure out what caused it. One was a Cliff Bar and the other was a “ONE” bar...
  2. So i live in Canada but it costs less to ship it to the states?
  3. Those are both over $30 and $40 dollars tho! Where is that $4.99 one you mentioned?
  4. Yes $46. I think I’ll try the cheaper ones first. Thanks
  5. This one? https://www.walmart.ca/en/ip/Now-Foods-Vitamin-B-1-Thiamine-100-mg-100-Tablets-2-Pack/PRD4WOCNWIC4MC7
  6. Ok I still can't reliably post on here using my iphone 8. I've tried 4 times to reply and each time it never showed up so fix that please. I'm now on my computer. As for your new suggestions, I can't find them on walmart.ca. This is getting laughable. Benfotiamine is $38 on Vitamart if you get 120 capsules so it's still about $40. I don't understand...
  7. I’m boycotting Amazon. @knitty kitty Ok thanks
  8. Yes but with shipping it costs over $40 a bottle like I said. anyhow, visited the doctor today and told him about my weight concerns and how it hurts to sit for long periods of time. He ordered full blood work, urine, and Heart thing (EEG or ECG whichever it is). Finished that an hour or so ago
  9. Ok so that’s a “No” to both. Although they didn’t even know what Thiamax was and said it must be a brand name
  10. I don’t know, is that the fat soluble kind? I’ll check my pharmacy
  11. Ok so all those brands you showed me are American. I’m Canadian and ordering those online will be over $40 a bottle for me! Do you know of any Canadian equivalent?
  12. Perfect, will do, thanks again 🙏 I’ll let you know how it goes
  13. Ok awesome, thank you, I’ll grab some tomorrow. It definitely feels like something is off in my digestion
  14. Ok so do I need all of those or just the thiamine?
  15. Wow, thank you for this! I don't eat sausages, or ham (I try to stay away from processed foods). Pork chops or pork tenderloin or ground pork is all I eat in that regard (occasional bacon but not often at all). As for tea, I normally only drink green or chamomile. Can't remember when I last had black tea and only have coffee occasionally like when I...
  16. This sounds very much like me. I did a quick search on google and it says good sources of thiamin are Pork (which I eat in every meal Most days) and lentils (Which I just added to my diet). Any other ways to get it? And why would I be defficient if I eat pork regulrly? Thanks
  17. Celiac.com sent me an email asking if my question has been answered. It hasn’t. So far I’ve tested most of the suggestions here and only discovered further complications. Buckwheat doesn’t appear to agree with me, potatoes cause constipation, I’m currently trying lentils and beans but there aren’t enough calories. According to my food app, 1 cup of lentil...
  18. Ok so I been trying buckwheat and sweet potatoes but I always get that pain in my right upper abdomen afterwards. I think it’s just too much fibre. Also, there’s barely any calories. I honestly don’t know how you guys do it
  19. Magnesium can definitely be overdosed if you’re not careful
  20. Yea I’m noticing that as well. For example, burgers (which have sugar in the mustard and ketchup, tomatoes in the ketchup, pickles, Soy lechtin in the Patties, processed cheese and white bread for the bun) affect me in a VERY positive way. Like, I feel invincible and get a lot of lasting energy for the whole day whenever I eat them. meanwhile e...
  21. Thank you so much. I didn’t know that poaching made eggs better for digestion. I usually just get them in coconut oil
  22. Fantastic I will try these. Thank you so much 🙏 Oh and I don’t have a poacher for my eggs, is there another way to poach them? Thanks
  23. Very helpful, thank you. I have been awfully irritated lately. I’ll look into this. Cheers
