  1. It could also be ph related, smoking tobacco lowers body ph which reduces immune response. I can’t tolerate citrus which has an alkalising effect on the body.
  2. @Ariettiim sure this mixture will help.. 1 part neem essential oil 2 parts tea tree essential oil 3 parts olive oil It’ll get rid of those in no time, make sure the essential oils are not synthetic.
  3. Hi again @LaLeoLoca :). Have you tried ribwort plantain? It grows everywhere so any short walk in the countryside will get you more than enough for a green smoothie. It’s amazing stuff! Instant relief and promotes healing. It’s an immunomodulator so it could be that that’s doing it, anyway it works and tastes good, similar to broad beans. Also have ...
  4. I’d love it if anyone else is up for trying this and sharing tips and recipes.
  5. For a long time eating anything at all was causing me to suffer exhaustion and severe pain so I try to eat things with the highest nutrient density possible so as to reduce the volume necessary. Micro greens are up to 100x more nutritious than the plants they would become. They’re at their peak when the first set of true leaves begin to appear. I t...
  6. I’ve got a good remedy for this that’s better than anything you can get from a pharmacy.. 1 part neem essential oil 2 parts tea tree essential oil 3 parts olive oil make sure the essential oils are not synthetic, it’s amazing for anything skin related.
  7. @theOk Autoimmune disease is a symptom of clinical endocannabinoid deficiency which is hereditary. Some people have over active endocannabinoid systems, they don’t get stressed or ill. Lucky them. Your endocannabinoid system is responsible for regulating sleep, digestion, healing, composition of the microbiome, mood, ect. ect. If it’s down regulated you...
  8. Hi @nightshimmer, could be it was the biology in raw milk that was helping you digest the A1 protein? Celiacs are deficient in bifido. There is so much wrong with ‘normal milk’ I’m not sure where to begin. Homogenised milk contains nano lipids that can get past the blood brain barrier, taking any horrors that the cows have been treated with along for t...
  9. Here is a link re. thc induced neurogenesis in rats.. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/28933048/
  10. You are definitely right about the inflammation, you might also benefit from turmeric and black pepper supplements which are amazing for inflammation. The piperine in the black pepper massively increases uptake of the curcumin in the turmeric. Cannabis contains anti inflammatories (canflavins) in the vegetative tissue so green smoothies made from the...
  11. For sleeping you need cbn which you can make by over cooking thc. The cannabis plant when raw doesn’t contain much thc, the cannabinoids are all in their acidic form (thca) so need to be either heated or fermented to convert them into thc which is very similar to our endogenous anandamide, if you then cook them for a bit longer the thc converts to cbn which i...
  12. I pretty much live on smoothies that I’ve designed specifically for ecs upregulation, and yoga. A super tasty one for the kefir contains, 1 pint kefir 1 1/2 to 2 bananas depending on size 2 stewed apples 1 tablespoon of cooked (decarboxylated) cannabis coconut oil 1 teaspoon of cacao 1 teaspoon of freeze dried blueberries ...
  13. Hi @LaLeoLoca, I’m so happy that the kefir is helping :). If you can find raw milk to make it with this contains anandamide which is the same as the anandamide that your body naturally produces when you combine exercise with focus, yoga has been really helpful for me. The anandamide is not heat stable so is lost during pasteurisation. I read on this site r...
  14. Hi @itarachiu, you might be ok with milk kefir. It’s got bifido lactis in which can digest gluten and is responsible for maintaining the gut lining, celiacs tend to be deficient. Also apples are not an issue for me when stewed, cooking them increases the soluble fibre which increases your bifido population if you eat 2 a day.
  15. I’ve been getting huge relief from drinking homemade milk kefir but still react badly to supermarket pasteurised organic milk that’s not yet been made into kefir. Raw milk from grass fed cows seems to be ok, the cows are a 50:50 mixed herd between A2 and A1. has anyone else been experimenting with different milks? I’m wondering if it’s because the sup...
  16. I’ve found an alternative for the link I posted re. exercise upregulating the endocannabinoid system,: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/30290200/ For more information you can search ‘runners high’ which is a result of increased endogenous cannabinoid production, or Thai chi and yoga which have also been found to be effective.
  17. Hi laleoloca, you may be able to tolerate homemade milk kefir even if you can’t cope with dairy, for me it’s provided relief from my symptoms when any other food would knock me out cold, waking up exhausted in extreme pain. Migraine seizures and autoimmune (celiac) disease are all symptoms of clinical endocannabinoid deficiency (CED), probiotics pla...
  18. Choosing a cannabis plant that is suitable for your needs can be overwhelming, some can give you the energy and focus needed for completing every tasks while others are better at providing physical relaxation and pain relief. It’s worth keeping in mind that a higher diversity of cannabinoids will have a wider therapeutic value but sadly most cannabinoids a...
  19. Omegas also play a vital role, in order to modulate cannabinoid (cb) receptors we need a 1:1 ratio of omega 6 and 3 in our diet. The western diet is about 10:1, far too much omega 6 and not enough omega 3. Omega 7 also appears to positively impact the ecs and the composition of the microbiome, it’s pretty rare and can only be found in fish, macadamia, ...
  20. Something very special happens when cannabinoids are combined with probiotics, an analogy I like that explains it well is that when a rabbit gets chased by a fox it gets flooded with adrenaline and cortisol which is necessary for the rabbit to put its full focus on escape, it’s digestion along with all other secondary functions are temporarily shut down a...
  21. An interesting discovery made by dr Ethan Russo was that cannabinoids are more effective when taken in combination with each other (there are more than 150 and counting) and with plant terpenes. Any molecule that interacts with our endogenous cannabinoid receptors is considered to be a cannabinoid and can be found in many other plants, not just cannabis...
  22. Autoimmune disease has recently been found to be just one of many symptoms of clinical endocannabinoid deficiency and can be successfully managed with the supplementation of phytocannabinoids, probiotics, prebiotics, and omegas. I’ve had success with method before realising that wheat and oats were a problem, so was still eating them. Since abstaining f...
  23. Thanks for the vitamin d recommendation, I will try adding this to my diet.
  24. Not sure how to edit posts yet, I should have added to my smoothie recipe suggestion that although it does contain dairy you may be able to tolerate kefir even if you struggle with milk, the probiotics seem to consume anything problematic in there, possibly the lactose. I found when I was at my worst it was the only thing that offered me relief, might...
  25. Here is an affordable and tasty recipe that might help, the bifidobacterium in the kefir will help you digest any gluten that you fail to resist the temptation of and the prebiotics in the banana and stewed apple will keep them alive in there for longer, I find it provides relief from my symptoms. Just whizz it all up in a blender. 1 pint of homemade...
