    I raise my own meat chickens, in a chicken tractor on grass eating some bugs, using non gmo, soy free, wheat free feed (which is very expensive), but I do sometimes get glutened from the actual bags regardless.     I understand. I am an Airborne Celiac and avoid handshakes/touching as well. So the aroma from food steaming gets me as well, actually figured this out from cooked food being brought into a meeting in styrofoam… and I touched no one! Do you wear a face mask? I do.     I had similar situation. I never knew the eye twitch was celiac related, mine twitched for decades & looks different now! I was told I had MS! It was Celiac.     What “injection”? I get steroid epidurals, they cause me to bruise. For months! Or oral steroids. Is that what you had? Bruising from this is excessive & takes a long time to go away and appear all over body, places you normally do not have bruises. My body looks beat-up. Steroids thin blood vessels walks.
