    I also like the Gluten Free Dino Nuggets found at Walmart, and the McCain Smile fries (also found at Walmart). Sometimes, when the family is having a crap meal night like McDonald's, I will put a few of these Gluten Free Dino Nuggets and the smile fries in my separate Gluten Free Air Fryer - and I am able to enjoy a "fast food" style meal at home with them...

    I have recently found LaBrea Gluten Free White Bread at my local Krogers, and I absolutely love it. It is NOT certified gluten free, but, I have done my research and it seems to be that they have a dedicated machine and part of the facility they make this bread in.     Hello! I personally do make sure toothpaste and any items I may ingest are gluten free. I have personally had good luck with Sensodyne Pronamel and Colgate toothpaste.     Thank you. I did check the labeler and found that the generic of Protonix I was prescribed had lactose. The pharmacy had recommended I have the GI call in another prescription for a lactose free PPI. I called the GI office yesterday after being up the evening prior until 3:30 AM with so much tummy distress (I get up for work at 6:30 AM).
