    There are health stores goodness me Whole Foods Healthy Planet here it’s just really hard I been looking at book it does stress me out a lot . im seeing a specialist soon to see what my next step is after all I had my blood test . Maybe I need a nutritionist or Dietitian I don’t know if life can ever be ok again . it’s hard

    Does everyone that has a gluten free lifestyle make sure there shampoo toothpaste floss and hand cream just wondering if so do they cast on the package there gluten free . I was able to get a hand cream gluten free . I’m finding it really hard is there a support group or anything for help in Canada . I’m a vegetarian this is becoming overwhelming finding it ...

    I have stoked oak they say there gluten free I also had the pc gluten free rolled oats . I’m a vegetarian now going gluten free is very difficult after my blood test I feel I needed to. It hard to get the right nutrients from m low in iron and I get headaches

That why I decided to go gluten I know I have an appointment coming up with a specialist And see if I need more test which will take a while if I need more test .
