Celiac, and I get sick from most packaged food, preservatives, grain fed meats, dairy, all grains and eggs. I'm extremely limited to what I can eat, and on a broth and gelatin most meals. I eat organ meat and squash sometimes. It's hard to keep a steady supply of broth. I look on the internet for local places, but just can't find anything. I live in Washington
I got sick and need to do a really basic diet for a while. I usually make my own broth, but my supply is really low. I can't eat a lot of what the co op I go to has. I've been looking on the internet to buy local, but there just isn't anything. Any advice will be appreciated.
